the other day I posted about HONY – Humans of New York – the fascinating site where ordinary people are photographed in NYC with a snippet of their life story. We all have stories, it’s what makes us human. Do you find yourself people-watching and letting your imagination drift, wondering what their unique story could be?
Always a fan of The Sartorialist, Scott Schuman has an innate ability to capture the essence of a person and his inimitable street style portraits could perhaps very well be called Stylish Humans of New York. Aka, SHONY. *ha! I don’t think I’ll pitch the idea to him just yet* My point being…his portraits hint at the story behind the person, their unique tale behind the pose which is photographed. I gathered a few images from his New York collection and wondered what stories these women might have to tell…
all beautiful images of interesting women…but I wonder what their story is?
Love it ! Always been a huge fan of The Sartorialist
